in Genetics, Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or related field with at least 3 years\u2019 experiences working in the related field in industry or academic areas.<\/li>\n \t<li>MLT license would be an advantage.<\/li>\n \t<li>At least 3 years of solid molecular laboratory work experiences in molecular biology.<\/li>\n \t<li>Hands-on experiences with common NGS library preparation protocols are required.<\/li>\n \t<li>Experiences in validating new protocols in the areas of NGS library preparation, extraction, and\/or other molecular biology technologies.<\/li>\n \t<li>Basic knowledge of standard molecular laboratory workflow for accreditation programs e.g., CAP or HOLAKS is required.<\/li>\n \t<li>Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, and
